UN Migration (IOM)
Scope: Paid media strategy, tracking infrastructure, campaign optimisation
Problem: The UN agency needed to launch their first-ever digital fundraising campaign but had no existing ad account structures, tracking infrastructure, or historical benchmarks to guide performance. They aimed to engage donors during a culturally significant period (Ramadan).
Solution: I launched IOM’s inaugural digital fundraising programme, setting up brand-new Meta and Google ad accounts, establishing tracking systems, and managing a six-figure (USD) monthly paid media budget. I designed and optimised cross-channel campaigns focused on driving Zakat contributions during Ramadan, creating the framework for future digital fundraising growth.
Results:
- Achieved a 2.5x return on investment (ROI) on the first rollout
- Delivered strong initial benchmarks for donor acquisition and cost per donation
- Built the foundations for sustainable, long-term digital fundraising growth

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE)
Scope: Paid media launch strategy and execution, creative testingProblem: DoFe had never previously run conversion ads or structured messaging and creative tests. They wanted to leverage their "This is Youth Award" campaign to kickstart a sustainable paid media and social media strategy.Solution: I designed and executed a full-funnel paid media launch across three phases, implementing five creative and messaging tests to identify audience preferences and optimise performance.Results:
- Successfully generated new email sign-ups as a baseline for future digital campaigns
- Delivered actionable insights from five structured tests across messaging, creative, and targeting approaches to inform future strategy

Gym & Tonic
Scope: Full-funnel pilot paid ads campaign, Creative consultingProblem: Gym & Tonic, a new athleisure brand, needed to launch their first online store and build brand awareness and conversions from scratch. As a new brand and company, they required a structured testing strategy to inform both creative direction and media execution.Solution: I developed a full-funnel paid ads strategy combining awareness and conversion objectives, tailored to introduce the brand and drive early sales. In addition to managing the paid campaign set-up, I advised on creative elements.Results: Generated strong early engagement at a cost per click of USD 0.65 and established critical creative and performance benchmarks to guide the next stage of brand growth
Hilton Foundation
Scope: Paid social strategy support and team coaching
Problem: The Hilton Foundation wanted to launch a LinkedIn lead generation campaign to promote the Hilton Humanitarian Prize Ceremony. Their in-house team was relatively young and needed expert guidance on campaign structure, creative, and optimisation best practices.
Solution: I provided strategic coaching to the internal team, advising on audience targeting, lead generation ad formats, and messaging strategy. I also offered hands-on feedback on creative development and set up foundational campaign best practices to support their independent execution.
Results:
- Successfully built team capacity to independently launch and manage the campaign

Oxfam International
Scope: Messaging testing strategy, campaign execution, reportingProblem: Oxfam needed to determine which messaging themes would resonate most effectively across different global audiences ahead of a major international campaign rollout. With limited prior testing frameworks, they required a structured, scalable approach to test creative hypotheses across pilot country markets.Solution: I designed and implemented a full campaign testing structure, managing the execution of multi-market paid social campaigns focused on comparing different messaging angles. I also produced a detailed reporting framework, analysing creative performance across key KPIs to deliver actionable recommendations for Oxfam’s global messaging strategy.Results: Provided a data-backed foundation for global creative decisions and rollout planning. Also, I established a repeatable testing framework for future campaigns.

Boys & Girls' Clubs
Scope: Social media audit, stakeholder research, strategic playbook development
Problem: With over 50 Facebook pages and 15 Instagram accounts managed independently across five business units, BGCA faced brand voice inconsistency and a fragmented social media presence. Without centralised guidance from headquarters, it was difficult to maintain a cohesive brand identity and effective cross-channel communication.
Solution: I conducted a full audit of 50+ Facebook pages and 15+ Instagram accounts, mapping content, audience engagement, and brand consistency across units. To understand internal needs and challenges, I led stakeholder interviews, surveys, and focus groups involving internal teams and community partners. Based on these insights, I developed a comprehensive social media playbook to guide content strategy, brand voice, and cross-channel engagement across the organisation.
Results:
- Provided clear, actionable guidelines for content creation, platform management, and audience engagement
- Enabled internal teams to align on a cohesive digital strategy while maintaining flexibility for localised execution

International Rescue Committee (IRC)
Full-time role: Managed a $2M USD digital fundraising budget across 20+ markets in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Led the planning and execution of full-funnel, multi-platform campaigns across Meta, Google (search, YouTube and Performance Max), TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and email.
Results: In 2024, I exceeded year-end fundraising targets by 6.75%, increasing sustainer acquisition by 4.2% and one-time donations by 2.8%. Meta delivered the highest donation volume at a cost per acquisition 20% lower than target, while Paid Search achieved the highest total income contribution.
